Following a fun couple of days with 2- and 5-yr old grandsons, my SI joint area in my hips was inflamed from high activity that involved more lifting than I was used to. This deep tissue massage gave me some immediate relief that I anticipate will continue to improve as I am now able to better move and do stretches.
