I go in monthly, most recently yesterday after backpacking in Idaho's mountains for two weeks. Hoping to drain the soreness and knots from my shoulders, back, and legs I asked Randi to go deeper and "get mean" on those muscle groups. No joke, I was a little worried about walking to my car afterwards. However, I woke up this morning feeling like a new man with a brighter outlook on life. Just be warned, in case you were considering telling Randi to "go deep and get mean"! Jokes aside, it was exactly what my tired body needed.
