I spent some years as a gym rat, and racked up some injuries, thinking I know so much (though I didn't). That means I was getting massages fairly often to fix what I tore up. Tnd that means I am fairly familiar with massage facilities over quite a few years. Advanced Alternatives is the best in town, and I'm glad for their help, especially now that I am older.

The work Dotti did on my legs resulted in immediate improvement! I felt so much better getting up from a sitting position (knees; hamstrings) and didn’t limp when I got out of my car at home after the appointment. Such a relief!
