As of April 1, 2023 Refunds must be requested. Requesting a cancellation results in a credit to your account that can be used at your leisure. Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel. There is a $50 Cancellation Fee for late cancellations. No refund for no call no show.
There are no walk-in sessions. Sessions are by appointment only. Do not arrive early; seating for waiting is limited. Please do not bring additional people that do not have sessions scheduled.
