I have the tendency to neglect the most important part of being a bodybuilder; body recovery. I don’t like to stretch and that goes against everything fitness. Because of that I carry tension in places that affect my ability to perform at my best. ARB Wellness has now become a major part of training regiment. They are the muscle whisperer. I will be returning.

My experience was extremely relaxing. ARM Wellness is the ultimate "get away", extremely clean and the ambience is amazing. Sarita and Ykhoa are both very professional and want to make the experience so enjoyable.
