I usually see Erin C. for my relax and decompress session. She is amazing, ensuring you’re comfortable and the pressure is right. However, I received an email promoting a new therapist, Pamela, and took them up on the offer. Unfortunately, while I explained where I have concerns and preferences, they did not confirm if pressure was adequate, it was completely lacking. If you prefer light/to no pressure, consider Pamela. I thought she was warming up and would eventually increase pressure - that did not happen and then the hour was up. I am not a complainer, I accept I initiated this request however it bothered me that I paid for a service and was not satisfied. Therefore I called the next day to share my experience and Leah answered my call and simply thanked me for sharing my experience and it’s great feedback to provide the therapist.
I hope this experience helps others, as it has certainly taught me to speak up right away versus wasting my time and money.

By far, this is one of the best massage places I've been to. From communication by staff to the online intake form as a new patient/client, to the wealth of knowledge from the therapist(s), to the unique specialties and skills that each therapist brings to the table, to the therapist being personable, A Noticed Difference LLC is truly one of a kind and an exemplar of what a massage therapy place should be.
