About AMANI Massage & Bodywork

It sounds simple, but in reality, it can be one of the hardest things to do. The stress of daily life affects not only the mind but also the body—often showing up as inflammation, pain, and muscle tension.

At Amani Massage & Bodywork, I use a combination of Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, and Myofascial Release techniques to help clients release tension, ease discomfort, and restore balance.

Each session is designed to create a deeply calming experience—allowing you to reconnect with your body and find true calm, relaxation, and peace (Amani) inside and out.
