About Yogi-Fam

Hi and welcome to Yogi-Fam. My name is John I am here to help your fitness journey through mindful movement and therapeutic massage therapy. Each session is carefully crafted for the individual and focuses on both mind and body recovery. I have been trained in multiple styles of yoga and massage therapy. In 2022 I completed my 200 Hour yoga teacher training with Yoga-Den in Jacksonville, FL. In 2023-2025 I trained with Ulu Yoga in Uluwatu, Bali completing my 300 hour teacher training in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Nidra, Ashtanga, Aerial and Acro yoga. In June of 2026 I completed my Massage Therapy program with Massage Therapy Academy in Jacksonville, FL.

I recently had a 90 minute sports massage and wow! So many points of strain and pressure were alleviated and my body felt so elongated and supported afterward. I look forward to coming back and trying other types of massage! 10/10 reccomend.

One thing that really stood out to me was the pressure—so many massages I’ve had feel too light and never quite get into the areas that need it. John used a firm, intentional pressure that felt therapeutic without ever being too much. I really appreciated the balance and left feeling like my muscles had actually been worked on and relaxed.

I highly recommend this sports massage! It was the perfect balance of therapeutic work and relaxation. The intensity was just right..not too intense, but enough to really work through tight muscles.
