About Sweet Peace Holistic Health

Sweet Peace is an intimate wellness center in Mid Coast Maine that supports total body health through the modalities of massage therapy, infrared sauna and soon to come, Halotherapy. 

We offer a variety of body work including Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Couples Massage, and Prenatal Massage. We work with you to give an optimal experience of relaxation and healing.

The environment is super relaxing, booking online is insanely easy. Tammy was more than willing to work with me when I had some last minute life events happen and was overall just very compassionate. I’m 37 weeks pregnant and she’s willing to do whatever I need to make me comfortable. I would highly recommend booking with her!
