I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2012, I have always felt a strong pull to serve pregnant & postpartum women. I want pregnant women to be comfortable as their bodies change, to feel nurtured and to be truly supported and empowered throughout pregnancy and motherhood.

Stefanie was very nice and explained things well. She found where my son was holding the most tension and showed me how to relax and stretch it. I would highly encourage someone to book an appointment for their baby if they are having concerns about tension, colic, reflux, or constipation.
