My office is located in the Portal building at 515 S Vista Ave in Boise. I provide a range of therapeutic services, including sports performance massage, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, deep tissue, and relaxation techniques. These modalities are applied to address chronic pain, injuries, and mobility restrictions, with a focus on improving movement quality, enhancing neuromuscular communication, and promoting deep relaxation.
