Everything from scheduling, communicating with available opening with a cancelation, explaining what process would be taking place for my particular problems (muscle spasms in the neck and shoulder area) and over-all treatment. Her explanation of "sometimes it takes pain to correct pain" was accurate, while there was some discomfort in getting the spasms to release, I walked out feeling much better.
