As a dedicated massage therapist, I combine relaxation with results-driven bodywork. Every session is customized to meet your needs—whether you’re looking to unwind, relieve pain, or improve mobility. My training and experience include a wide range of techniques such as Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Cupping Therapy, Gua Sha scraping, Targeted Stretching, Lymphatic Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, and Reflexology. I work with people experiencing everyday stress, chronic discomfort, or specific physical concerns, using hands-on techniques that support healing and balance from the inside out. My goal is to create a space where your body can reset, restore, and feel its best.
