About Bloom & Ember Massage Studio

Jean has advanced training in a variety of modalities including: neuromuscular therapy, TMJ treatment, massage for cancer patients, prenatal massage, infant massage instruction, and chair massage. Believing that massage does not require pain to be effective, she has created a modified deep tissue technique. She has also worked as a massage doula, providing hands-on support during pregnancy and labor, and will soon offer fertility massage. For those with chronic hip pain, an intensive side lying hip session is available.

She gives phenomenal massages. Very intuitive, and if it seems like you are feeling some pain or discomfort she changes her approach to minimize it, while still maximizing the benefits. So deep tissue results without the usual deep tissue massage pains. The room is cool as well.
