My name is Erica, and I am delighted by your visit. I am a Holistic Health Practitioner and ABMP Certified Somatic Therapist with over ten years of experience in therapeutic bodywork, nutrition, patient advocacy, and trauma resolution. I offer custom bodywork sessions designed to alleviate and recover from the physiological, mental, and emotional effects of trauma, including surgery, accident, and interpersonal harm.

My passion is working with post-partum bodies to relax, recover, and rebuild while instilling confidence and body positivity.

I also help my clients ask appropriate questions when pursuing medical treatments so they have the best outcome that Western and Holistic medicine can provide. I believe that information is power, and giving you the tools you need to navigate your daily challenges is what supports long-term, positive change.

I have worked in a chiropractic setting since 2013 in central San Diego county and now reside Oakland, CA. I am comfortable working with all ages and stages of life, and look forward to connecting with you!
