Please call to schedule your first appointment. We like to connect beforehand to discuss your treatment goals and ensure we’re a good fit.

Couples Massage
Please note that couples massage is not available.

Before Your Appointment
Check your email for the health and wellness intake form. Please complete or update it before every visit — even if we’ve seen you recently. (This helps us stay current on any changes such as injuries, hospitalizations, medications, or emergency contacts.)

Safe Space Policy
Meadowbrook is a safe space for healing of the body, mind, and spirit. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior:

• Always be respectful.
• Private areas are never uncovered, touched, or discussed.
• Underwear is required; gym shorts are recommended.
• Any violation will result in the session ending immediately, dismissal from the practice, and notification of authorities.

Feeling Unwell?
If you’re sick, please reschedule your appointment. There is no penalty for cancellations due to illness.
