Whether you’re looking to achieve relaxation, stress and pain relief, or add a regular bodywork routine to your workout program, we’ve got your back! All modalities, and levels of pressure can be adjusted at any time during the session. We encourage communication, and listen to our clients to help achieve desired goals while maintaining comfort.
