After some time of devoted yoga study I began my inquiry into the mind body relationship. As my studies evolved they led me to finding Traditional Chinese Medicine, a practical philosophy whose theories are at the core of my therapeutic offerings and personal wellness practices. 

Shortly after becoming licensed in New York State in 2012, I expanded my reach to Yoga instruction. I became a 200 hour then 500 hour registered yoga teacher (RYT) and later received my personal fitness trainer certification (CPT) with NASM. In 2018 upon relocating, I received licensure to practice in the great state of Florida and have been practicing between NY & FL ever since. As a committed bodyworker of 12 years, it is my intention to offer effective, evidence based treatments to promote healing and wellness. Not pseudoscience.

My goal is to offer massage and bodywork appropriate for you at the time of your treatment, fitness session or massage lesson. The belief that your needs for  massage and bodywork are as varied as the lives we all lead is what informs the individualized treatments and plans that I offer. I warmly invite you to discuss any concerns or conditions you may want addressed. I will work within my scope of practice towards effective, balanced solutions with you.
