Life is a balancing act. I want to help my clients achieve a balance in their lives between stresses and indulgences. I strive to help each client become healthier and happier by nurturing the mind, body, and soul. I graduated massage therapy program at Spa Tech in 2003. That opened up an interest for different healing modalities. I have since earned certificates in Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Reiki 1, Cranial Sacral 1, Meditation, Raja Yoga and I'm currently back at Spa Tech to finish the Polarity certification. I have taught classes at Windham Adult Education including Massage for Friends and Family, Aromatherapy for the Home, Meditation for Beginners, Reflexology Basics, Everyday Yoga, Polarity yoga.
