Hi, my name is Dawn. I am a Colorado native and currently live in Frederick. I graduated from Heritage College in March of 2006 with an Associates of Occupational Studies Degree in Therapeutic Massage. I believe everyone can benefit from massage therapy and that it is not just a luxury. The benefits of massage are ENDLESS! My mission is to help my clients heal their bodies, embrace the down time and to overall feel AMAZING! Each massage is customized to your needs and wants, therefore I believe that integrated massage is the best approach. When I am not doing massage I am working on my passion project helping people on the nutrition and fitness side of things. I am a FittCoach with RightFitt and ProjectMe helping people reach their desired health goals.  I am also a mother of 3 and a wife. I enjoy family time, meditation, reading, working out, yoga, being silly and loving life!

Dawn is such a wonderful therapist to work with. She is professional, welcoming, puts you at ease, and is so skilled at massage therapy! I feel so amazing after a session with her. Not only am I relaxed and feel pampered, but I feel like I did something good for my health. She listens and I feel she is in tune with what my body needs and she addresses it without you realizing she is doing the needed work!

Do not be frightened off by the slightly smoked-in aroma of the lobby of this 60s-era building. Once you are in Dawn’s office space, you’re transported to a totally different and tranquil place. My wife found Dawn by a chance Google search. I had a really hard week and she wanted to treat me to a massage on a Saturday. As I lay on the massage table when Dawn was finished and left the room, I thought to myself, ‘was that the best massage I’ve ever had?’ I decided, yes, yes it most definitely was. Dawn’s 17 years of practice show throughout the entire 90 minutes (i wouldn’t do any less). There is a certain uninterrupted flow that comes with this kind of experience. Nothing ever felt like an awkward movement or like something was skipped. It was simply stellar and we are already planning our return. Thank you Dawn!

Been a while since my last massage and forgot how beneficial and important a massage is to my overall health. Dawn does a wonderful job and listened to my areas of concern and focused on those areas. Been feeling great since and won't let time pass without including a massage in my health plan.
