While attending school I also obtained my certification in hot stones, and plan to continue building my knowledge as often as possible. My interests and hobbies include, anything along the realms of health and healing, dietary nutrition, aromatherapy, wild crafting, hiking, rock climbing, kayaking, and just about anything that can get me outside to appreciate our wondrous mother Earth. I was proudly born and raised in central Maine and plan to do my utmost best to assist the local community in rejuvenation of their body, mind, and soul.
