During each session the clients discomfort, limitations and physiology are discussed. The therapeutic goals of the client are discussed and a “game plan” is created. A combination of modalities may be used during a session that may include; trigger point therapy, myofascial release, neuromuscular release, assisted stretching and reflexology. All modalities used are centered around the clients desired outcome for the first and continued sessions.
