Denise is awesome. She has a unique ability to find the source of your imparement, and then apply the proper techniques to resolve your physical issues. Additionally, she has an awesome personality. You can tell from the first time you meet her that she really cares for you as a person, and cares deeply about healing you. Cannot recommend her high enough!

In December I was diagnosed with Tendinitus of the Rotator Cuff in my right shoulder/arm. My injury was not a sudden injury, but one that has taken many years of computer/desk work to form. I've been going to PT and that has helped a bit. Last Monday my original injury wasn't the problem anymore. My trapezius muscle on my right side felt constantly contracted. I couldn't get any relief no matter how much I stretched and tried to work out the knots. I've known Denise Champion for years and I texted her to see if she could work on me. She not only fit me into her busy schedule, but she did exactly what I asked! I explained my diagnosis, showed her where I felt the pain, told her what my PT's were having me do and within minutes she began digging into my problems. She used many different techniques and honestly my right shoulder hasn't felt this good in years. My problems are not gone totally but Denise's work on my should has allowed me to not be in constant pain throughout the day. It does not matter now if my insurance will pay for her services, she is worth every penny charged and I will make sure a massage from her is in my budget going forward.

It was great having the sauna actually on the massage table.
