Troy has been practicing massage therapy since 2018 after graduating from the Lotus Professional College where he studied under Lela and Kristin. His work is a blend of trigger point therapy, neuromuscular massage therapy and sports massage. He is particularly interested in helping clients resolve structural imbalances, manage chronic pain, recover from intense athletic training and maintain muscular and fascial health. He also loves working with prenatal clients. A daily practitioner of yoga for almost a decade, he studied Ashtanga Yoga for five years under several amazingly influential women at Ashtanga Yoga Richmond who helped him discover his passion for mindfulness, health and wellness. Outside of Massage he loves challenging himself physically with hand balance training, rock climbing, cycling and running. Troy feels incredibly excited and grateful for the opportunity to work at Richmond Sports Massage with his teachers who laid the foundation of his love for massage.
