I didn’t realize then that this was generally not the “norm,” and that many people have never experienced the powerful healing effects that bodywork can provide. I find that the massages have helped relieve the tightness in my muscles and make it easier for me to do my stretches. Angie has also showed me different stretches to do on the tightened areas. Will definitely keep going back!
