I’ve been a licensed massage therapist for 16 years, first practicing in Eugene, Oregon where I was educated and trained, then Nevada where I practiced for almost 10 years before moving to Boise in 2017. I primarily practice deep tissue, but have certifications in soft tissue injury and other medical massage bodywork. 

Graduating from the University of Nevada-Reno in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Microbiology and Immunology, and recently graduated with my Master of Public Health at Boise State University (graduating May 2022); I hope to expand my service to the community improving areas related to health and wellness.

I have been practicing massage for over 16 years helping athletes, pain management clients, and those with structural and muscle aches and pains. My certifications include deep tissue, soft tissue release, medically compromised patients, and joint mobilization. My commitment to practicing high professional standards while encouraging education and increasing public awareness of the impact on health and wellness through massage is evidenced by my delivery of high quality, personalized massage care.
