I've worked with several trainers before, and never had anyone as focused on my progress as John. Unlike other trainers (who check their phones or chat about unrelated matters), John routinely does 360 walk-arounds while I'm performing exercises. His attention to my form has been incredibly helpful, and I very much appreciate his unbroken focus and consistent attention. I also appreciate that John spent a good amount of time asking about my goals and desired outcomes, and his workouts seem carefully planned to address issues we discussed. We're in sync on the importance of improving functional mobility, and I'm grateful to have found a trainer who doesn't assume I'm there to lose weight or simply "look better." Finally, John pushes me just the right amount -- I find myself successfully lifting more weight than I would have attempted on my own. If you're looking for a great "workout buddy," go elsewhere -- John is all business and hyper-focused. If you want a trainer who pays deep attention to your workouts, and consistently gives detailed feedback, John is your guy.
