I have been a therapist since 2012 and have found a niche in rehabilitative massage and bodywork. I most enjoy working with people who have specific goals or areas of pain they'd like to address. Each session is catered to my clients' specific goals for that day, and I encourage feedback during the session. 

I welcome the LGBTQ+ community to my business, including anyone undergoing gender transition surgeries and hormone therapies.

**Please note that the state of MN does not provide licensing for massage therapists; massage businesses are regulated by each individual city. Be assured that I have received the most comprehensive massage therapy education possible in Minnesota and have additional certifications in several advanced therapies. I've provided my basic massage education and work experience details here.

I have seen many massage therapist but Theresa is the BEST!!. She has the ability to locate the area of my body that needs to be “released” or reset and the skill to workout the muscle or facia tissue so I can begin to heal!
