Digna is caring, empathetic LMT who is passionate professional dedicated to the art of bodywork and massage, its methods, techniques, and mindfully using them to help improve the well-being of clients, while helping bring about balance in health and wellness.

Education and Work History:

A graduate of the European Medical School of Massage (EMSOM). Digna holds a diploma in Medical Massage Diploma and certification in Reiki (energy healing). Her specialties include Trigger-Point based Neuromuscular, Fascia manipulation, Cupping, Hot-stone, Graston and Reiki. Her past and current work experience includes a spa, accident based pain management chiropractor and physical therapy clinic.

Education and Work History:

Through the holistic and pain relieving techniques, Digna is skilled not only on finding and treating the factors that may be the cause of your pain. She specifically tailors and treats each person as a unique individual that they are. Including providing helpful,  simple, muscular and stretching tips on what you can do at home to help you feel better, whether your pain is acute or chronic.

When Digna is not working, she is a true artist who enjoys Metalsmithing,  the Lapidary arts, Rockhounding, travel, beach-combing, hiking and hanging out with her two favorite people, her fiance and pup Yogi.
