Zelm Relm is a simple space where people who are experiencing pain, whether acute or chronic, can find relief through a holistic approach of massage and pain-relieving techniques. Acute pain can consist of anything from headaches, body-aches, to overall stiffness and tension in the body.

Chronic pain can be debilitating and cause long term stress, anxiety and depression. At Zen if you're looking for relief from ongoing/chronic pain, an assessment and health history will be taken for therapeutic, neuromuscular massage or Spinal Flow treatments. From there we go at your pace with a mold-able treatment plan based on your assessment. Treatments can consist of a combination of light to medium massage, bodywork (trigger point), fascia manipulation, cupping and or other fascia tools.

Specialties at the Zen include headaches & migraines, neck pain, TMJ and jaw pain, lower & upper back pain, pain after trauma or injury, muscular imbalances, poor posture and sciatica.
