At Zen Relm, if you're looking for relief from ongoing/chronic pain, an assessment and health history will be taken for therapeutic or neuromuscular massage treatments. From there we go at your pace with a mold-able treatment plan based on your assessment. Treatments can consist of a combination of light to medium massage, bodywork (trigger point), fascia manipulation, cupping and or other fascia tools.
