90 minute Wellness Massage
This massage is more of a targeted approach to your aches and pains in the comfort of your own space. You will still receive a full body massage but with more focus on the areas you need. May included some light stretching. (MOST RECOMMENDED)
30 minute Cupping Session
For those that don’t want a massage and just want the cupping treatment. Cupping lasts for 20 minutes and with a quick massage over the area.
