Includes a thorough intake interview and assessment of your posture, range of motion, and symptoms prior to a 120-minute bodywork session. Treatment may utilize instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization and/or cupping with client consent.
Therapeutic Massage 60-minute
Ideal for thoroughly targeting ONE problem area. Treatment may utilize instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization and/or cupping with client consent. Not recommended for a full body massage.
Therapeutic Massage 90-minute
Ideal for targeting ONE or TWO problem areas of the body. Also good for a full-body "maintenance" massage. Treatment may utilize instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization and/or cupping with client consent.
Therapeutic Massage 120-minute
Ideal for thoroughly targeting TWO or THREE problem areas of the body OR a more in-depth full-body "maintenance" massage. Treatment may utilize instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization and/or cupping with client consent.
