Using a blend of myofascial, swedish, and deep tissue. This session is great to address common aches and pain throughout the body. We can focus on a general full body treatment, or target upper/lower body. Stretching, Active Release Technique
Pregnancy Session
Prenatal sessions will be done in a side-lying postions and will appropriate bolsters and support pillows. A blend of myofascial, swedish, and deep tiisues techniques will be used to address common aches and pains.
Lymphatic
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart.
