Custom Bodywork or Massage
A massage for YOUR specific needs!
Can include a combination of different types of massage, bodywork and deep stretching.
Cupping, IASTM (Scraping) and essential oils are available at no extra charge, provided you have no contraindications.
Swedish/Relaxing
Swedish massage uses smooth, gliding strokes with gentle to firm pressure to promote relaxation & ease muscle tension. It is a classic, relaxing massage that can sometimes cause one to fall into a nice slumber! Hot towels are always provided
