New Service - Wellness Manual Lymphatic Drainage
I am excited to announce that I have added Wellness Manual Lymphatic Drainage treatment to my list of available services. I attended training through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies in late April and have been Manual Lymphatic Drainage Certified. I spent my spare time during the last month practicing and refining my new skill before adding this treatment onto my list of available services. MLD is a gentle treatment that stimulates the function of the lymphatic system by increasing lymph flow. This is a deeply relaxing treatment that helps reduce fluid retention and is beneficial in treating migraines, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, cellulite/lipedema, post-trauma and overall wellbeing.
I am offering a Wellness Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) treatment meaning it is meant for individuals with an overall healthy lymphatic system. This is being offered as a stand-alone treatment and is not being offered in conjunction with any massage modalities.
MLD is a powerful modality; certain medical conditions are contraindicated and determine if/when you can receive a session. I am not currently offering MLD as part of pregnancy, cancer, post-op or lymphedema treatment.
Please do not book a Wellness Manual Lymphatic Drainage Session if you have:
- Cardiac edema
- Acute Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT)
- Acute bronchitis
- Acute Infection/on antibiotics
- Lymphedema
- Surgery less than 1 year ago
- History of Cancer
- Are Pregnant

I am available by appointment only and do not take day-of or walk-in appointments.
Location
I am located at 319 Seward St., Ste. #10 in the Shattuck Building (tan building) on the corner of Seward and 3rd Street on the 2nd floor. The entrance door is located on the left side of the building up the hill under the 319 Seward St sign hanging from the awning between the Hi-Tech and Alaskan Barber signs.
