    Kelsey is very knowledgeable with different modalities. She listened to my situation to come up with the best fit for me along with good communication during the massage if any changes were needed. Especially liked all the warming packs:)

    I came to Kelsey with a locked up psoas and she gently worked to relieve the tension and release the muscle. It's not an easy area to get to for many reasons, but she tackled it professionally and with skill. Highly recommend
