I’ve been a licensed massage therapist since 2010, offering restorative, heart-centered bodywork designed to support the body’s natural capacity for healing and balance. My sessions invite you to slow down, reconnect, and release tension — blending skillful technique and experience with an intuitive, grounded presence.
I draw from a range of modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial, acupressure, lymphatic drainage, and relaxation therapy. My practice supports clients through all stages of life — from infants, children, and teens to adults, elders, and those nearing the end of life through gentle hospice massage. I also specialize in perinatal care, offering compassionate support through prenatal, labor, and postpartum massage, as well as infant massage instruction and sessions. Each treatment is thoughtfully tailored to your individual needs — whether you’re seeking pain relief, stress reduction, emotional grounding, or simple rest and renewal.
