Rachael brings relaxed and positive energy with an athletic approach to her craft that can deliver the caliber of deep tissue therapy that I prefer. Years of muscular mobility and sciatic issues are in my past as I try to visit her regularly

A warm and friendly experience made a vigorous and thorough massage even more satisfying than anticipated. I glowed for the rest of yesterday and still feel looser and more relaxed today.

Rachael was great, she didn't ask too many questions, provided just the right amount of pressure that my body needed and I would recommend her to other athletes needing a deep tissue sports massage

Rachael is as knowledgeable as she is skilled at massage. I always leave my appointments armed with advice on how I can move my body a little better…in addition to feeling great from the massage.
