This is a 50-minute session that touches on the pressure points in the foot to correspond with the body to assist with inflammation, circulation, relaxation, and overall balancing of the body systems.
Face Reflexology
This session uses pressure points on the face to relieve stress and assist in reducing inflammation, assist in circulation and balance body systems, as well as lymphatic drainage of the upper body.
Sinus Protocol
This protocol is used for relief of allergy and sinus issues. This session is 30 minutes
Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic drainage is a very light, slow pressure to help drain the lymph system.
Foot and Face Reflexology
This is a 90 minute session that includes Face and Foot Reflexology. The ultimate relaxation!
