I came in with a sore neck and by the time I left I had a pain-free range of motion. Emily was wonderful communicating and working with me to identify the spots that needed the most attention and make the most out of our session.

Emily is compassionate and intuitive, and I liked the cupping and ART active release therapy style treatments.

Emily did a fantastic job identifying areas that needed attention. She skillfully addressed each area and was able to release tightness which improved my posture and mobility. I felt so much stronger and comfortable after treatment.
