Doug knows which muscles connect to which muscles and gradually loosens tight areas. I usually like harder pressure, but his massage worked well especially around my tight neck. Maybe some room for improvement about the ambiance.

I always feel better after a session with Doug. Unlike other massage therapists, Doug's techniques do not leave me sore. Gentle persuasion is the way to go!
