Appointments are made within 24 hours whether emailing or calling. I would suggest that the entry be made a little more inviting, possibly section off their table area with a room divider or cubicle type furniture.

Great value and convenient location and times. The only recommendation I can make is to make the entry a little more inviting.
I would also suggest providing an eye mask and small neck for when laying on the back, possibly with some scent.
