Jae has incredible, gentle energy. She gave me one of the best massages, I've ever had and she felt more in tuned with knowing what I needed, which caused a huge emotional release a couple hours after the appointment. I booked another one wit

Jae is SO good at her work! She teaches me so much about how to exist in my body in the world. This has been more effective for me than talk therapy.
