She was excellent and I highly recommend. She took her time to listen and work on the problem areas and showed me an additional exercise at the end. Was wonderful to meet her and converse before, throughout, and after. She’s incredibly kind.

Dasha was fantastic, she listened to all my complaints on pain and discomfort and made the go away. I will be back to see her again here in the near future for sure!!

Absolutely Amazing!!! Hit all my problem areas & recommended some exercises/stretches to strengthen some areas.

Outstanding experience from start to finish. They identified and worked through several trigger points that were causing tightness and discomfort. I walked out feeling looser and more mobile. Highly recommend to anyone needing quality bodywor

She was very informative about which areas needed the most attention, and she took into account my lifestyle.
