I used to see a chiropractor until I did the massage. Relaxes the back muscles allow the spi e to feel better. Definitely make a appointment for the next appointment after each visit about four weeks apart.

Jessecah is very good at finding the trouble spots and helping to correct them. I felt more relaxed and less pain then I have felt for a long time. Also, as physical therapist asst. I feel her technique and knowledge lend to better mobility
