My body was in tough shape. Kristin spent the time and sorted me out. She asks the right questions and applies her experience to get me feeling awesome again. Increased my mobility.

Originally, I was a little apprehensive about getting a massage, but I had received a gift certificate and decided to go for it! What an awesome experience! Kristen immediately made me feel comfortable, explaining everything that she would do
