Therapeutic Medical Massage
An exploratory deep tissue full body massage where I search for and address tissue malfunction as I find it (e.g. knots, adhesions, tight muscles, etc.) The body as a whole is assessed and worked on for overall wellness.
*Includes hot towels
Focused Deep Tissue Massage
A deep tissue massage focusing on a specific area of the body (e.g. neck, back, etc.) Chronic muscle tension can sometimes require most, if not all, of the appointment time to work it out.
