There are complimentary equipment that you can use before/after your session. I loved trying the roller table and I’m excited to try the sauna as well. The massage was very healing!

Great place to visit! Did you know this office has 3 rooms! I absolutely love the sauna. The ice plunge is really cold but worth it. I highly recommend.
