The rooms are gorgeous, but it's a little confusing when you first arrive. It seems like you are going through doors that you should not be using and leaving is the same - looks like a fire exit. Signage could be better as coming and going

A relaxing space and the staff is friendly. It is located in a shared space of an office complex. Perhaps a few more plants to soften the "industrial" feel of areas leading to the office.
