A 30 minute massage is perfect introduction to massage for someone who has never received one before. It is also just enough time to address that one problem area such as back and shoulders.
60 minute Therapeutic Massage
During this massage you will experience a combination of relaxation and therapeutic massage. There will be time enough to give you a full body massage as well as addressing areas of tension and discomfort.
90 min Therapeutic Massage
